Having just returned from Pinnacle Port and staying for a week in this two-bedroom unit, would like to say how much we enjoyed working with Steve to rent this very nice condo with absolutely breathtaking views. The wonder of Pinnacle Port is its location and the many amenities it has to offer. If you feel like being on the beach, you're just steps away from it. If you prefer to walk around the property with a view of Lake Powell, it's a beautiful site to behold. The property has swings made for more than one person where you can watch the fish jump in the lake, watch the egrets perch up on the fishing dock or close your eyes, relax and just listen to the birds.
Two pools on the property -- one of which was heated - but both provide very nice changing/bathroom areas.
Steve and Cheryl furnish everything needed to settle in for the week, cook in when we didn't want to go out for a meal.
The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean (keeping an eye out for dolphins) and gazing at the star-filled skies. We watched in amazement at the glorious sunrise just outside our door as the sun came up over Lake Powell.
We arrived at Pinnacle Port in need of rest and relaxation and left feeling refreshed and taking with us many special memories of our stay. We love Pinnacle Port because of its unique location, the clean, spacious beach and the condo's amenities. Although we have rented units at Pinnacle Port from others, we prefer to work with Cheryl and Steve. They take great care in the details. I know I will receive the unit's keys in advance of the trip, along with detailed instructions about use of the unit and a tip sheet of local recommendations. Our family has rented the 2-bedroom and the 3 bedroom units and both have been clean and appointed as promised. This was our 8th year staying at Pinnacle Port and this was the best condo we have stayed in. You get a lot for your money at Pinnacle Port. I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay in Pinnacle Port! We booked a very last minute trip in September. The owner, Steve, was wonderful. He made the whole process so easy. The condo was exactly as pictured and the unit was very clean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking (especially the sunsets). Pinnacle Port itself is a fantastic place for families to stay. There are two very nice pools on site and a seasonal snack bar. You can rent kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddle boards from the rental office at a very reasonable rate. We loved kayaking on Lake Powell. I have already recommended this condo to friends. We would absolutely stay here again :) Holly L, NC

Guest room #1 includes a king sized bed, private flatscreen TV and ensuite bathroom with twin vanities, tub and shower.
We have stayed on the property several times, and this was one of the nicest condos. It was clean and well-equipped, and very comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful in renting the condo and advising us about shops and restaurants in the area. Close to the grills and the beach. We look forward to staying here again! Mike G, GA

When I am on vacation I still want all the comforts of home and this condo has them all. The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils and cooking supplies needed to prepare meals if you choose.
The condo was very clean. Booking with the owner was very easy and efficient. We have stayed at the Pinnacle Port property a few times and this condo was one of the best. Staying in the mid-rise condos to me is much better than staying in the main tower. The access to the beach is so close. You are close to the smaller pool and the grilling area. Parking is never a problem. The views from the balcony can not be beat. The pictures on this website of the condo are exactly how the condo is when you arrive. You can not beat this property or condo. We would never stay anywhere else in Panama City Beach. If you want the party scene this is not for you. This condo is quiet, uncrowded and perfect.
